What information is needed to place an order?

Please have the following details ready:
• Recipient's full name
• Complete delivery address with pin code
• Recipient's contact number
• Preferred delivery date & time slot
• Sender's name and contact number
Can I customize my cake or bouquet?

How do I track my order?

You can track your order on our Track Your Order page using your Order ID or the phone number used at checkout. Alternatively, email info@petalscart.com with your order number and we'll update you instantly.
What are the available delivery slots?

We offer the following delivery slots across Guwahati:
Important: Please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes.
How long does cancellation processing take?

It takes up to 24 hours to process a cancellation request after you contact us.
💰 Refunds & Returns
What is the return policy?

No returns are allowed. However, if a wrong or defective product has been sent, please let us know at the earliest. Write to info@petalscart.com or call +91 6900186097 (6am – 10pm, daily) and we will resolve it for you.
How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited to the same Debit card / Credit card / Mobile wallet through which the payment was originally made.
When will my refund be credited?

Online refunds are processed within 24 working hours and then take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline refunds are credited once you share your bank details, after which it takes 5–7 working days.
