A refund can only be requested in case of a service failure. Our team will evaluate whether an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of the management will be final. Under no circumstances will the refund amount exceed the amount paid by the customer.

To cancel or modify your order, contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
It takes up to 24 hours to process a cancellation request after you contact us.
No returns are accepted due to the perishable nature of our products (cakes, flowers, plants).
However, if a wrong or defective product has been sent, please let us know immediately. We will work to resolve it for you.
Your refund will be credited to the same debit card / credit card / mobile wallet through which the original payment was made.
