At Petalscart, we work very hard to deliver the finest quality and service experience to our customers. Our team really cares about delivering the best for every celebration.

A refund can only be requested in case of a service failure. Our team will evaluate whether an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of the management will be final. Under no circumstances will the refund amount exceed the amount paid by the customer.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered — a different item was sent than what was ordered
  • Defective or damaged product — the product arrived in poor condition
  • Order not delivered — despite a confirmed order, delivery did not happen through our fault
  • Quality failure — the product quality is significantly below the standard shown

In case of quality or service failure, we first offer to re-deliver your product with complimentary flowers within 24 hours. A monetary refund is processed only when re-delivery is not feasible.

Delivery failed because an incorrect or incomplete address was given by the customer.

Recipient was not available to receive the order, or the delivery was refused by the recipient.

Improper Handling After Delivery
Product was damaged due to mishandling after it was successfully delivered.
Late Cancellation
Cancellation requested within 48 hours of delivery, or after the order has been shipped.

Occasion / Valentine Orders
Orders placed for Valentine week (7–14 Feb) or other special occasions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Minor spelling mistakes or message inaccuracies on cakes or cards are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or modify your order, contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

⚠️ Important: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of the delivery date. Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

It takes up to 24 hours to process a cancellation request after you contact us.

No returns are accepted due to the perishable nature of our products (cakes, flowers, plants).

However, if a wrong or defective product has been sent, please let us know immediately. We will work to resolve it for you.
