Petalscart would like you to understand and appreciate how much we care for your orders. Your order is valuable to us. Please go through this policy to understand our delivery services better.

Note: All delivery times provided by Petalscart are estimates. This policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and shall be read in conjunction with them. All deliveries are made in accordance with applicable law.

Same Day & Standard Delivery

Orders received on any day till 5:00 pm IST will be delivered on the same day (unless a different delivery date is specified).

  • Petalscart cannot commit to a specific delivery time as mentioned in special instructions.
  • Flowers, cakes and perishable products are sourced locally and will be hand delivered.
  • Complaints for perishable items will not be entertained after 2 days from time of delivery.
  • Product images are indicative. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers or products with items of equal or higher value in case of non-availability.
  • No deliveries on National Holidays — orders will be delivered the next working day.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 1 working day prior to the delivery date.
⚠️ One Delivery Attempt Only: Delivery is attempted only once at the address provided. If delivery cannot be executed for any reason, the customer is still charged and no re-delivery or refund will be made.

Midnight Delivery

  • Orders for midnight delivery must be placed by 6:00 pm on the date of delivery.
  • Delivery is attempted only once. If undeliverable, no refund or re-delivery will be made.
  • Delivery confirmation will be notified the next day before 11:00 am.
  • No changes to the delivery date will be entertained once the order is placed.
  • No deliveries on National Holidays — rescheduled to the next working day.
  • Complaints will not be entertained after 2 days from the date of delivery.

If the product is not delivered due to any reason, it can be collected from our delivery centre the next day in the same city. Contact our support for outlet details.

When Is an Order "Deemed Delivered"?

An order will be considered as executed and delivered in any of the following situations, even if the recipient did not personally receive it:

⚠️ Important: In all the above cases, the customer will still be charged for the order. No redelivery or refund will be provided. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute.

Delivery at Hotel / Hospital

When placing an order for delivery at a hotel or hospital, please provide the following details:

If the recipient has not yet checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception and will be assumed as executed. If the recipient has checked out, the order is also assumed as delivered — no refund in such cases.

Force Majeure & Rescheduling

Petalscart reserves the right to reschedule delivery to another date in case of:

  • Floods, heavy rains or any natural calamity
  • National Bandh, election dates or curfews
  • Traffic jams or regulated traffic movements
  • Festival times with restricted movement
  • Any other impediment restricting delivery operations

Valentine & Peak Season Shipping

During Valentine week (7th – 14th February) and other peak occasions, please note:

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to high demand — pre-book early for best rates.
  • No fixed time guarantee — we put in our best efforts but cannot guarantee specific slots during Valentine rush.
  • For midnight deliveries, orders may be delivered between 11:00 pm – 1:00 am due to high volume.
  • Delivery status confirmation by email/SMS may arrive a little later than usual — please be patient.
  • Please provide your email ID to help us reach the recipient when the phone is not accessible.
⚠️ Valentine orders cannot be cancelled — we plan and process orders well in advance to ensure the best experience.
